In conventional ramp punching or online die-cutting the layouts are designed in a way that a single label consumes a complete block which evidently results in higher wastage whereas in our label punching machine the layouts are designed in a staggered way to achieve maximum utilisation after keeping sufficient margin to ensure performance.
